The vertical cable manager shall be capable of mounting to EIA racks to manage cables on the
front and rear of the rack. The manager shall be molded out of plastic and possess cable man-
agement fingers and pass through holes. The fingers shall provide integral bend radius control
and be spaced so that the gaps between the fingers align with EIA rack spaces. The pass through
holes shall provide bend radius control and slots that can be used for securing of cable straps.
The vertical manager shall have a dual hinged cover that can be opened to the left or right 110
degrees. The manager shall be able to accept wire retainers that can be snapped on to the cable
management fingers
- Integral retainers on the end of each finger to - Retainers can be on fingers to help retain
help contain cables within rack unit cables during installation & maintenance
- Bend radius fingers align w/rack spaces to - Include hinged covers, cable retainers,

PatchRunner Vertical Manager
The 7 foot vertical cable manager shall consist of a metal backbone with cable management
fingers that align with EIA rack spacing. The fingers shall be molded out of plastic and provide
integral bend radius control throughout the entire length. Individual fingers shall be able to be
removed without the aid of a tool. The backbone shall have pass through holes with rolled edges
that provide bend radius control. The manager shall accept a metal, hinged door that can open
to the right or left. The manager shall accept plastic slack management spools that can be
repositioned as required. The vertical panel shall be able to manage all the cable on the rack
without the aid of horizontal cable managers.
- High density minimizes area required for network layout, freeing up floor space
- Fingers support cables as they go to the pathway removing the need for horizontal managers
