The app is OK. But you have to go the app store first (every time) then search for Brady Express, then open the app. Once the app is open you can type a label out and print quickly. Changing fonts or inserting a object is another thing. You need to use the cloud to store your stuff so its available to you. I don't use/need barcodes. There is a learning curve here and there is very little other than advertising videos to look at to get the most of the printer. I don't use it daily. So for me it was a splurg. I like the rechargeable battery (My other Brady printer the M210 eats batteries!) Once you practice a bit, you can print labels fairly quickly. Just be aware it's not as easy as the videos make it, and there is a set up to this.
