The Model 1052-00 wireless LAN access point enclosure is a locking 2’ x 2’ ceiling tile enclosure designed specifically for the Cisco 1232/1242/1260/3500e/3600e and many Aruba Networks access points. The enclosure accommodates many other manufacturers access points with Oberon’s optional universal mounting plate. This aesthetic, white powder coated steel enclosure has openings in the door for up to six antennas. No ceiling tile cuts are required for installation.
 
- Ceiling tile enclosure specifically designed for Cisco 1242 and Aruba 70 access points (when using Aruba 70 access point, requires Aruba Networks AP-70-MNT mounting bracket)
- Accommodates many other manufacturers access points with Oberon universal mounting plate P/N 38-1052-MNT-KIT
- UL listed and designed to meet NEC300-22 and 300-23 for plenum installations
- OSHPD approved OPA # 1638
- Accommodates up to (6) external antennas using the bulkhead connector kit for dipole antennas (Oberon P/N 35-BULKHD-KIT) or Oberon 34-ZDUAL or 34-DMDUAL antennas
- Construction: Textured white powder-coated steel, 16 ga. backbox, 14 ga. door
- Fully hinged locking door, keyed alike
- Size: Flange is 2’ x 2’, AP Enclosure is 12.5" x 12.5 " x 4.5" deep
- Weight: 13lbs (not including access point or antenna)
- Enclosure must be supported by the building ceiling structural system, not tile gridwork.
